Torah Day School of Ottawa (TDSO), a K-12 Orthodox day school in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Principal to oversee its Limudei Kodesh curriculum and staff, to implement halachic policies, and to guide the hashkofa of the school.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Principal will lead the adaptation and implementation of TDSO’s Judaic Studies curriculum and school policy. The successful candidate will oversee and lead the school’s Judaic Studies teachers in the implementation of the curriculum, provide guidance on its overall contours and approaches, set learning outcomes at different grade levels, and aid with occasional lesson plan design.
The Principal will be the primary point of contact for parents, community members, and staff on matters directly connected to Judaic Studies at the School – such as its overall content and pedagogical approaches. The Principal will also be the primary point of contact on all matters related directly to the spiritual atmosphere of the School.
The Principal will lead the design of the School’s overall spiritual atmosphere, in coordination with the Vaad HaChinuch and the Head of School, in order to create and maintain a cohesive in-classroom and school-wide environment aligned with the values of the School.
