Place your JSAT Order

Step 2

Download and Complete a Signup Sheet

Once the signup sheet is downloaded and completed, save it in a valid format (.xlsx, .xls, .csv, .ods) and use the form on the right to submit it.

For detailed guidance, refer to the "Instructions" tab in the downloaded Excel file.

Step 3

Submit Your Signup Sheet

1. Select your school's name from the drop-down list in the form on the right. If your school is not listed, follow the prompts to add it. Note: Only schools that have previously administered a JSAT exam will appear on the list.

2. If a recent order is not detected in our system, a prompt will ask you to enter your order number or to place a new order.

3. Choose the specific JSAT exam for this signup sheet. Exams from recent orders will be preselected or highlighted for easier selection.

4. Use a single signup sheet for multiple classes taking the same exam. However, separate signup sheets are required for students taking different exams.
